From grandmother's
sewing table.

Sinenhlanhla Buthelezi is the founder of SINEHB, a fashion brand based in Seaview, Durban. Her love for fashion started in KwaNongoma, watching her grandmother sew. As a child, she loved changing her clothes when she got bored of the style.

She studied Industrial Psychology and PGCE, but during lockdown she taught herself to sew by making masks and doing alterations. She enjoyed it so much that she decided to study Fashion Design.

In 2023 she started SINEHB, even though she was scared she would not get clients. Her first client came from Facebook and still supports her today.

Make every woman feel beautiful and confident.

SINEHB makes made-to-measure dresses for African body types, for women aged 18 to 60. The brand does not just sell dresses; it sells a story.

Vision

A story in every dress.

To keep making made-to-measure work from Seaview, Durban that lets every woman feel beautiful and confident — including the famous Inzalo Collection, which uses cowhide.
