Abundance rooted
in purpose.
Named after Thembeka's daughter, Nizenande is inspired by heritage, creativity and conscious living. Its name means “May you be plenty”—a vision of abundance grounded in cultural identity and responsible design rather than excess.
Carefully sourced deadstock fabrics are given a second life as garments and accessories. The approach reduces textile waste while creating pieces intended to be treasured beyond seasons.
Traditional symbols, craftsmanship and cultural narratives are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Each piece becomes a story of identity, resilience and belonging. She shares the making as Balu on Instagram and as Unomafu on TikTok.
